MedGen Healthcare Ireland At Home, is a service to supply specialist community nursing and support workers when they’re needed. We help avoid hospital admissions, support discharge plans, and provide continuity of care in the comfort of the patient’s home.
We take a collaborative approach when working with healthcare organizations, including Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), the Health Service Executive (HSE), local authorities, complex care agencies, and private clients.
We send only highly trained complex care clinical agency nurses and support workers, caring professionals, who are passionate about promoting the independence and dignity of patients in the comfort of their own home.
Along the same lines as our acute nursing service, MedGen Healthcare Ireland At Home is a rapid-response community nursing service. Our complex care agency nurses and carers are immediately available to be placed in whichever type of community care setting you need them.
Our team is led by registered nurses whose hands-on experience gives them a ready understanding of how to match the right nurse to your assignment.
