Role Responsibilities:

✔ Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality care to residents
✔ Provide companionship, support, and attention to residents' individual needs
✔ Assist residents with personal care while maintaining their dignity
✔ Organize and participate in social activities
✔ Ensure high standards of cleanliness in the care home
✔ Maintain health and safety standards within the home
✔ Perform other duties as assigned by the Nurse in Charge and management

Candidate Requirements:

✅ QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare (or equivalent) – completed or in progress
✅ Experience working in a healthcare environment
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Fluent in English (written & spoken)
✅ Valid eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland
